My background is in development project management and product marketing within the electronics industry. I have long recognised that 'soft' people skills are the key arbiter of long term success for individuals and organisations alike. My teams buzzed and delivered beyond expectation leading to my fascination with adult learning and coaching psychology. I am a passionate advocate of continuous development and organisational learning.
